The Mitsubishi DMX Programme provides a great value option, along with the correct technical advice, to ensure the right part is fitted, the right way to get your Mitsubishi back on the road where it belongs.

Through the DMX Programme Shields Mitsubishi can supply over 400 new and remanufactured units.

Every remanufactured unit will have benefited from:

GENUINE PARTS WARRANTY

All Mitsubishi " Genuine Parts", Mitsubishi "Genuine Accessories" and Mitsubishi "Service Parts" are covered by a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty from the date of purchase.

In order to prove these parts have this warranty, the nescessary invoice for supply and/or fitment will be required as proof of purchase for the warranty claim. Please keep these documents in a safe place.

The warranty for Mitsubishi "Genuine Parts" and "Accessories" and Mitsubishi "Service Parts" only covers defects in the manufacture of that specific part or other parts that may be damaged due to its failure

DMX WARRANTY

Every DMX exchange part comes with a full manufacturer-backed 24 month warranty, for full peace of mind.

The Colt Car Company Limited (Mitsubishi Motors in the UK) will replace any DMX unit free of charge, if it requires repair or replacement as a result of defective material or workmanship in manufacture within 24 months (unlimited mileage) of the date of purchase, provided that the user immediately upon discovering any defect in the unit, returns the vehicle to a Mitsubishi dealer together with the warranty certificate and a receipt showing the date and place of purchase and particulars sufficient to enable the matter complained of to be identified.

There are limitations on the warranty offered. For example the DMX warranty does not cover fair wear and tear of any part of the unit, damage caused by incorrect fitment, insufficient or improper maintenance or use of a part or lubricant not approved by Mitsubishi Motors/The Colt Car Company, damage caused by traffic accidents, abuse, overloading or negligence of the proper handling as set forth in the Owner's Handbook, misuse of the vehicle under unusual conditions such as races or rallies, and modifications of or to the vehicle or any component parts thereof not recommended or approved by Mitsubishi Motors/The Colt Car Company.

Wear and tear items such as filters, filter elements, lubricants, seals, gaskets, spark plugs, injector nozzles, glow plugs, clutch facings, brake facings, v-belts and drive belts are also not included under the warranty.
